Agreement
By accessing or using Domestique, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Domestique helps you prepare for rides by generating informational briefs from routes and related inputs you provide. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service with or without notice.
AI-generated content
Briefs and other outputs are generated automatically and are starting points only. They are not guarantees about weather, road conditions, your health, or what you should do on the bike. This is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything material before you ride.
Third-party services
Domestique relies on third parties (for example authentication, optional Strava or Ride with GPS connections, weather data, and Anthropic's Claude for generation). Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to break security, excessive automated access, or use that could harm the service or others. We may block access when needed to protect the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starter Labs and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service or any content produced by it—including anything that happens on or off the bike. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of fifty US dollars or what you paid us to use Domestique in the twelve months before the claim (if anything).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
